This week Year 3 have been busy practicing the value of Peace. They have been learning all about how to relax and deal with different feelings they may have.
We have enjoyed trialling different breathing methods such as, ‘the crocodile breath’, ‘lion breath’ and ‘woodchopper breath’! The children have also participated in group meditation and yoga sessions during the week.
Throughout the week Year 3 have discovered the art of peer massage! They have become great masseurs and masseuses to each other and some of them have even taken their skills back home to use on their family members!
